FAQ's
 

*What are eyelash extensions?
-Eyelash extensions are synthetic hair like strands that look identical to our own natural eyelashes. 

*What are eyelash extensions made of?
-I use top quality lashes in synthetic mink, sable, and silk.

*How will they look and feel?
-Depending on what look you are going for, lashes could be lightweight and natural, dark and dramatic, or somewhere in between. When extensions are applied correctly, they will feel like your own lashes. 

*How many eyelash extensions are applied?
-I do not count lashes I do 100% coverage every time. Guaranteed!

*Do you cut my eyelashes?
-No!We would never cut your your eyelashes or your extensions,it would damage your lashes and leave a blunt edge on the extensions.You will hear the instruments  being used and sometimes it does sound like we are  cutting.

*How long will the first appointment take?
-The time is depending on what look you go for. A classic full set will take about 2 hours and that is including the consultation. A volume full set will take about 2.5 hours and that is including a consultation as well. 

*Are my eyes closed the entire time?
-Yes, after the eye pads are properly placed, your eyes will remain closed the rest of the procedure. Feel free to take a nap in our cozy atmosphere, relax and listen to the music, or chat it up with me! 

*How long will the extensions last?
-Eyelash extensions will last the length of the natural growth cycle of your eyelashes (approximately between 4- 8 weeks).

*How often will I need touch ups?
-Usually every 2-4 weeks.

*Will Extensions damage my own lashes?

-Yes and no. Extensions can damage your own lashes if you go to someone who is not properly trained or someone who uses cheap products not designed for long term wear. If the lashes are applied by an Esthetictian and certified trained lash technician that uses top quality product, your natural eyelashes will NOT be damaged.

*Can you be allergic to the products?
-True allergic reactions do happen, but are rare. It is important to be able to tell the difference between a true allergic reaction from simple irritation. Because we cannot give medical advice we suggest to consult your physician if you believe you are having a true allergic reaction. (Your eyelids will be severely swollen and your lashes will have crust and puss.) 


Aftercare

-Do not wet your lashes for 24 hours after procedure.
-Avoid steam rooms, saunas ,swimming pools, facials, hot steamy showers, sunscreen and all oil products. 
-Do not use waterproof mascara. (I suggest you do not use ANY mascara!) 
-Do not use cleansers, makeup removers, or moisturizers that contain oil on you eyes.
-Do not use a manual eyelash curler.
-Do not rub your eyes or pull off extensions, as it will pull out your natural eyelashes.
-Do not perm or tint your lashes.
-Try to sleep on your back. Most of the time, the side you sleep on will shed out faster.
-Book you next eyelash refill at 2-4 week intervals in order to maintain your optimum eyelash effect.

Lash Fulfillment Policy

-Please arrive 5 minutes prior to appointment to fill out paperwork.
-Please do not wear mascara into appointment.
-We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
-Skin sensitivities and allergies are extremely rare and your safety and care are of my utmost concern. We use the highest quality products and the most up-to-date techniques and sanitation protocols in the industry. However Lash Fulfillment is not liable for reaction due to my products. If you are concerned, we recommend a patch test consultation before booking a full appointment. Please call and we will get answer any questions you have, and we will get you scheduled.
-I require my clients to come in 2-4 week intervals for fills. If you decide to wait longer then you will be charged for a full set at full price.

Cancelation Policy

-A minimum of 24 hours is required to postpone/cancel.  If you postpone, cancel, or no show your appointment, without the required amount of time requested, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. Please remember I am blocking out a certain amount of time for your appointment, and when you cancel or no show within 24 hours, it is difficult to get your spot filled when I am given such a short amount of notice.
